These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WISEDZONE Academy website, Learning Management System (LMS), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1. About WISEDZONE Academy

• Copy, download, distribute, modify, or reproduce any Platform content except as explicitly permitted.
• Engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or compromise Platform security or performance.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unethical purposes.

4. Courses, Content & Intellectual Property

• All courses, materials, videos, texts, logos, software, and designs are the intellectual property of WISEDZONE Academy or its content partners.
• Access to content is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
• No ownership rights are transferred to users.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Certain courses or services may require payment or subscription.
• All fees are displayed clearly before purchase and are subject to change.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific course or subscription policy.
• WISEDZONE Academy reserves the right to suspend access for failed or disputed payments.

6. Certifications & Assessments

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. (Not for all courses)
• WISEDZONE Academy does not guarantee employment, income, academic credit, or professional licensing unless explicitly stated.
• Certificates may be revoked in cases of fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party tools, payment gateways, or external content. WISEDZONE Academy is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WISEDZONE Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WISEDZONE Academy, its directors, partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

WISEDZONE Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of WISEDZONE Academy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
